The North Central District Health Department offers immunizations for:
- children from birth to 18 years old
- adults from age 19 years and older
Immunizations are offered at our main office in O’Neill Monday- Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm. It is preferred that you call for an appointment to make sure the vaccine is available and there is a nurse available to administer. Appointments outside of regular working hours can be arranged.

- Meningitis (ACWY and B)
- Zoster (Shingles)
- Varicella (Chicken Pox)
- Pneumonia
- Polio
- MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella)
- Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)
- Rabies
- Rotavirus
- Haemophilus b (Hib)
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza (seasonal)
